The staff was helpful in arranging a countryside tour. It allowed me to see the tarsiers, Chocolate Hills, and an adventure park (zipline included!). The resort also arranged transport to the airport. Breakfast offered many options and was delicious.

The elevated prices for tours and rentals were noticeable (compared to outside options).

the food at the hotel restaurant was good. the staff were always quick to respond to any request i made. it. the resort tour was informative.

the room do not have enough light, especially at night. I think the tour price for nearby attractions were higher compare to local agencies. It should be something they can improve.

i found the river setting marvelously relaxing. the restaurant served tasty meals at good prices. i made use of the kayaks and stand up paddle boards available for hire. the pool was awesome and the staff were always so lovely.

the noise coming from the other side of the river at times was slightly disruptive.
